Justin is a graduate from the University of Guelph. He graduated in 2018 with an Honors Bachelor of
Commerce degree, majoring in Real Estate and Housing.
With well-known family recognition in the commercial real estate industry, Justin has been exposed
to a vast variety of transactions through his upbringing. Previously employed with an International
Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Yeoman and Company Paralegal Professional Corporation
during his co-op, he has gained a knowledgeable understanding of different aspects in the industry.

What is my most memorable sale?
The first land sale I ever did, which was an off-market sale of an 11.49 acre site in Vaughan to Vic De Zen from the ZZEN Group of Companies
What interested you in pursuing commercial real estate?
My grandfather was one of the founders of Orlando Corporation. I was brought up in a house full of commercial real estate people, and I wanted to embark on my own journey of commercial real estate through the brokerage side of things. I personally would love to start to get into the development side of things when the financing permits.
